The National Treasury has published a media notice on the amendments to Regulations in terms of the Financial Sector Regulations Act.

• The notice was published in the Government Gazette on 29 March 2018 and amended by notice on 29 March 2019. It regards several amendment regulations, namely – the redefinition of Ministerial Panel; the transitional management committee; the Appointment by minister; and a few more.
• This report gives a clear depiction of the process followed and what  might have caused the delay in publishing the final draft of the consult paper on the amendments to Regulations in terms of FSR Act.
